Will the interpreter I speak with over the phone be the same one each time?

For a better interpreting experience with our on-demand service, the system will always attempt to get in touch with interpreters you have previously worked with; however, this is not always possible, and you will be linked to the next interpreter who is available.
We advise you to make reservations in advance if you prefer to work with the same interpreter.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

All of our translators and interpreters are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality in all projects that are not a matter of public record. If you have a confidentiality agreement you require, we will, of course, be happy to execute that as well.
